RETURNS POLICY

We will gladly make an exchange or process a credit less delivery costs for any items you are not completely happy with. Returns and exchanges on items purchased directly from Jack & Abby may be made by calling us on 0800 890 522 or +649 278 2421 or emailing us at sales@jackandabby to inform us of the return and to ensure a quick refund.

Please return the unwanted items to Jack & Abby within 14 days of the delivery date unworn and in perfect condition. Returned items received after this date will not entitle you to a refund. Please deliver items prepaid with the package securely wrapped and clearly labelled to:

Please note, all sale items maybe refunded or exchanged, except where they are listed as FINAL SALE which will not be exchanged or refunded.

Jack & Abby does not refund initial delivery charges or delivery charges for any returns or exchanges. Jack & Abby is not responsible for damages that occur during care of the item, such as dry cleaning, washing, drying or ironing.
Jack & Abby is not responsible for the fit of an item beyond the 14-day return policy.

Baby Banz Warranty (sunglasses)

Baby Banz warrants these sunglasses against breakage due to defects in materials and workmanship for six months from the date of purchase.  Scratched lenses are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered under warranty.  Please ensure you include evidence of the date of purchase, your name, return address and a brief description of the defect or damage to Jack & Abby, PO Box 276182, Manukau City, Auckland.  If the sunglasses are returned within the warranty period, and Baby Banz (our supplier) finds the breakage was due to defect in materials or workmanship, the sunglasses will be repaired or replaced at their option and returned to sender.
